A 1 pound bag of soap flakes is approximately the equivalent of 3 bars of soap after grinding, so add up the price of 3 bars of your favorite soap! Chances are you can easily make soap flakes at home and spend a lot less! Using the grader by hand doesn't take long and you get the same result and texture as the pack I just bought!
