2 years after purchase - this topic does not work.

I purchased this item in January 2017 when I bought my Brother embroidery machine and have been trying to use it ever since. There's a $40 dental floss that I can't use. No matter what I do (stitch/no stitch, tension settings, bobbin settings, new needle, different needle sizes) there is nothing stopping this thread from snapping, breaking and/or jamming my machine. Stitches, and again nothing stopped him from tearing, breaking and jamming the machine. I then connected it to my younger Pfaff Sew Smart, same problems. My friend has a BabyLock Destiny Auto. A monster machine that can do everything. She has fewer issues with this thread but still has some breaks, breaks and kinks. I have tried Hemingworth brand dental floss and had no breaks, breaks, snags or lint. So I used thread, not machines. I guess I got what I paid for. I wasn't looking for cheap thread, I was looking for a good set of different colors to learn how to use my typewriter. I don't know what I'm going to do with this set of threads, but I definitely won't start new embroidery projects without good quality thread. Madeira, Floriani, Hemingworth.
