This is an excellent quality product. I love how they use gel instead of water like cheap ice packs do. The gel does not expand when frozen. That way they stay flat, which is nice. They are very well built. But they don't stay cold for long because they are very thin. About 1/2 thick. They work great as an extra or supplemental ice pack. I use my big thick ice packs on the sides and these thin ones on the bottom and top and the other two sides. I use these ice packs with my large ice packs with them. They stay cold for about 7 or 8 hours. If I only use these thin ones. They stay cold for about 4 hours.
