Unique design with ideal medium firmness. 2 heights to choose from depending on your preference. I alternate sleeping on my back and side and the pillow works well in both cases. This pillow also feels a lot better overall than my other memory foam pillow I've had for years. Great product, great price, great quality. Since using it, I no longer have neck pain caused by sleeping in an uncomfortable position.
