When I opened the case I saw a really good caliper! I tried turning it on (several times) then opened the battery cover and found the battery inside was COMPLETELY rusted. Garbage. Luckily another battery was included. First, I use it alongside several other measuring tools for 2-3 hours of continuous use PER DAY. Works great for about 2 weeks, no complaints! it has been intermittent for the last two weeks, replaced the battery and still having problems. It only turns on when it wants to. try tapping it lightly on my arm and if i'm lucky it might turn on. I do gearbox repairs and when measuring, everything down to the thousandth is very important. Yes, it saved me a few hundred dollars compared to other competitors, but for me it was a waste of money. would not recommend
