As someone who enjoys experimenting with various cosmetics, I was eager to peruse Oliology's web shop. I had high hopes for them because of their focus on organic materials and dedication to reducing their environmental impact. My interactions with the company fell far short of my expectations. To begin with, I found the website to be more complicated than necessary. It took too long to load, and the design was too chaotic to be user-friendly. And while they did give in-depth explanations of their products, I found them to be lacking in some key details. Finding the right products for my hair and skin conditions required a lot of independent investigation. However, after using their wares, I was quite dissatisfied. Unfortunately, several of their products didn't deliver the results I was hoping for, despite my admiration for their dedication to using all-natural components. Their Coconut Oil Curl Cream, for example, did not improve the appearance of my curls but instead made them feel oily and heavy. The Rosehip Oil Face Serum, which I had hoped would help my skin seem more even and radiant, had no discernible effect. Customer service was unhelpful, adding insult to injury. I felt that my concerns weren't taken seriously when I contacted the company about issues with the things I had purchased. Oliology, in general, was a wasted chance for me. Their dedication to natural ingredients and sustainability is admirable, however I was underwhelmed by the quality of their products and the assistance I received from customer support. There will be no second opportunity for them with me.
