I've had 20/20 vision my entire life. I spend an absurd amount of time on my computer and have also installed LED light bulbs in my computer corner. I never realized how much blue light they put out, just like my computer monitors. I started getting really blurry vision where I couldn't see anything unless it was 1-2 feet in front of me at times and this lasted for several days. I'm sure it's a combination of aging and staring at those monitors a lot. I've been using them for a few days now and my eyes feel a lot calmer. You can really see the difference by turning them on and off and how much blue light they block. I don't know why they give you a little blue light tester, this thing doesn't prove anything but makes you doubt they work, trust me they work. Now my eyes feel a lot better. The only complaint I have is that if you have a huge fat head like mine they are small. They reach over my ears because they press too hard. style is fine. I wouldn't say they're male lol but who would see me in them? They make me look like a fat early 80's geek haha. You are worth your money!
