Review on Auxbeam NF-S1 Series H4 LED Fog Light Bulb - Quieter & Brighter Light (Pack Of 2) by Brian Manfre

The H13 plug DOES NOT FIT an H13 connector without trimming socket plastic. Monkeyed around with it for about 30 mins to get it to seat. After I finally got the plugs to fit, then installed the bulbs into the reflectors which wasn't too difficult, but it was not a snug fit - the bulbs spun rather easily, which made me nervous offroad driving could unseat them. Went for a test drive at night and the beam pattern was terrible. Took them out and adjusted the bulb orientation from horizontal (9-3 o'clock) to vertical (12-6 o'clock). Now the low beams are actually pretty decent, but high beams are worthless. Ordered a pair of Hikari LED's for twice the money (and over twice the lumen output) and pulled these out. Took another 45 MINS to unplug them from the wiring harness as the trimmed H13 plug was still a bad fit and was wedged in so tight. In short, these lights are poorly designed - the connectors are NOT plug 'n play (at least the H13) and the beam pattern is either poor or high beams unusable. Spend a bit more money and get better designed lights or spend the same amount of money on regular low-tech replacement bulbs - they'll plug right in and work much better than these.
