This Earthlite headrest feels very comfortable and lightweight. I've only had him for a few weeks but so far everyone says he's the best. The previous ones I've used slide sideways causing your face to land on something hard, or they just don't stay attached to the velcro that doesn't stay attached to the pillow. The underside of this pillow is fully covered with velcro so it stays where it is placed over the velcro. As long as the pad retains its thick, soft feel and the velcro stays attached to the bottom plastic side forever, I'm going to love this expensive but COMPLETELY $$$ face pad! The adjustment of this face brace is great too and it stays in place! (unlike the last two I bought from wish.com booo) As long as this device works I highly recommend this product as a full time therapist who relies on the BEST for my clientele.
