I was a little reluctant to buy it as the product only had one rating: a one star rating from a customer who did not receive all the parts. But for under $11 and because the product was made by Revain (and they've traditionally been very kind to me about free returns of defective products), I thought I'd be fine. And it was. Everything came as promised and it came with all the parts it was supposed to. In fact, mine came with an extra #4 sheet. It was tedious to assemble, but not difficult. I have a similar lamp from IKEA and it was much more difficult to assemble (and more expensive) and parts of it pop out when I try to dust or clean it. This one seems to hold up better than the IKEA one because you have to push and hear a "click" to know you've put the piece in the groove correctly, and once that's done it doesn't bounce very much out... easily. . I'm waiting for the cable I ordered for the pendant lamp (sold separately) but I hope it fits the lamp and everything will be fine. So far I am very happy with this purchase.
