Low quality product for accessories and consumables

I bought 4 of these to use with my HP8753 network analyzer. All failed even the most superficial electronic test. All 4 cables have an SWR of 1.5:1 into a precise 50 ohm load. Useless to me for radio astronomy at 1.4 GHz.
