This product is one of the few that I can describe as "angry". It does not remove hair, but coats hair and skin with wax that is almost impossible to remove. Oh, and that vial of "wax remover oil" that was sent to you? It's literally impossible to open. I struggled with it for at least half an hour and couldn't open it. I had to use mineral oil to try and get this wax off my skin and after applying SEVERAL thick coats of oil and rubbing in after washing. My skin is still clammy. After using these strips, I only had hope that this stickiness would eventually go away. To be honest, I'd be happier if I just took the money spent on it and lit it.
