Review on HelpWire by Justin Pavelko

What I like best about this product was that it gave me all my tools at once, without having any software installed locally (I had been using TeamViewer for years). There wasn't much downside here; there were maybe some quirks with certain file types not working but those could have just as easily resulted from being new or unfamiliar - you'd be surprised how many files type are still stuck around because people use them every day! It solved our problem quickly by allowing us access remotely when needed while minimizing risk since we don't need anyone physically present at their desk anymore.
