Not sure if this really fits my Coleman TC100

I'm confused. Does it say suitable for COLEMAN TC 100 3hp? I don't think it's like that, not quite like that! When screwing it to the frame, does it pull away from the pane and pull hard? The only way to line it up on the disc is to loosen the screws VERY far and leave them loose.🤷🏼‍♂️
