I have to support what another reviewer said about one of the hooks breaking on FIRST USE! I've had boots for 10 years and this hasn't happened. Recommendation to the seller, use better hooks. Purchase advice. It seems a comfortable enough boot for my child (appropriate for size) and the water resistance seems good (woke up to frost on the ground which melted later in the morning leaving her feet dry and warm). We did a 2 mile hike and she wore it 24 hours camping. She was comfortable. But they won't knit properly if the hook is missing. Still usable but disappointing for the price. I wouldn't buy them again. I must have missed the return time a long time ago. We'll try to keep using them until they outgrow them, but we'll throw them away. Not suitable for long-term use.
