Unfortunately, the device you purchased can only charge new Pixel smartphones with 5W power, resulting in slow charging. You must have a Belkin F7U050-MG or F7U052-MG; They are equipped with Google's proprietary 10W charging technology to optimize the performance of the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. For now, we strongly recommend returning the device to the retailer.
