I use Dr. Bronner's liquid soap has long been a staple for just about everything. I've always had trouble using it in the shower because my skin gets irritated if the liquid isn't diluted enough. Bar soap solves this problem. Like liquid soap, it helps a little. This multipack lasted me six months, much longer than any other multipack of soap. The smell is great and the slight tingling on the skin after rinsing it off helps me wake up every day.
