I have curly hair. I went to a stylist once and he dry cut my hair with no styling due to COVID. I noticed he couldn't make me go crazy so he applied a tiny dab of this product to my hair. Of course when I left it wasn't that great because it strengthened my dry, unwashed and unstyled hair, but it was a little bit better. He said it would be better to replace my gel/mousse on wet hair. He warned me to use very little as the size of the drop is very important. So I bought it and tried it on the advice of a stylist. It's a good gel/mousse replacement and doesn't leave hair feeling rough to the touch - so that's my 4 star rating. My only complaint is that it weighed my hair down the next morning, making it "look" (not feel) a bit greasy.
