I want to love these shoes. You have the potential to be so comfortable. They're soft and plush, and because they're on a platform, they're even softer and softer than regular crocodiles. However, they are very small. I'm a pretty solid size 7 1/2. I bought their platformless version in a size 8 and my thumb rubs the end of the toe box and they rub my arch, but they are so soft I thought I'd try a size up again. When I found the platform version, I ordered a size 9. Should she fit? Well, my toe doesn't touch the edge of the toe in these shoes, but they still rub on my instep. I don't usually buy wide shoes, but I don't have narrow feet either. Regular Crocs size 8 fit me fine. I understand they're made a little more "streamlined" but unless you have narrow feet you're going to have problems.
