The scanner is terrible. The wireless mode is very disappointing. The one I received was definitely defective as there was no response after charging. It's a piece of junk for people who need wireless. And I have to say that the instructions are really hard to understand. When I made some adjustments according to the instructions that came with the product, I found some spelling and grammatical errors. This again made me doubt the professionalism of the seller and the quality of this product. Wired mode eventually worked, but it was too much hassle and still has a slow response time from trigger to reading and typing. I hope there will be a guide that even beginners will understand immediately. Given the terrible manual and quality control, I don't recommend it. Anyway, I won't buy it again.
