Review on 🐠 PGFUNNY 25W Aquarium Heater, Smart Thermostat Fish Tank Heater for Betta, Slim Design Fits 3 to 5 Gallon Tanks, with Thermometer Strips by Kim Young

I've been back and forth about buying this for weeks because of the reviews. I was so skeptical and genuinely afraid it would kill my fish. We have a beta and it's in a 3.5 gallon tank. He was very lethargic before warming up (he lived with me for a good 5 months and he never knew how to swim) - he stayed on his tank near the filter. Before installing the heater, I check the temperature with a digital thermometer, which I also purchased from Revain (about $8). The water was 66 - a heating pad and set to 80 for 3 hours! I have to admit it made me nervous but I tested his water numerous times over the course of 3 days and it stayed stable at 79-82. Now he is so happy and LOVES drinking warm water! It comes with a sticker reader if you want to use it to check temperatures, but other reviews say it's difficult to read. I bought a digital one for peace of mind. All in all this is a great purchase and I am very happy!
