When my order arrived one of the buttons on the controller didn't work properly and now I'm having trouble with one of the charging cables from the spares kit. Revain has helped me a lot in solving my problems, but it's far from ideal to deal with with a replacement. Overall I am very happy with these collars. Comfortable to use, waterproof and durable, they have helped me correct some extreme behavioral issues during my rescues (with the help of a trainer). Before the training program and the use of collars, the two in the photo could not be in the same room together without an instant fight! As with any collar, results will depend on the training regimen and not necessarily the product itself (ie swinging a hammer doesn't make you a carpenter). If used incorrectly, collars can harm the animal and impair training. Please consult a certified trainer before use!
