My cat had problems with blister crystals last year. My vet directed me to put him on a 1 month old prescription food (S/D) that dissolved the crystals but had no nutritional value. After I switched him from S/D to support food (C/D) he was still getting crystals or not eating other vet recommended foods. Eventually I saw a cat nutritionist who recommended that I feed him a can of (special) Tuna Flaked Fancy Feast mixed with 1/4 glass of water every morning and evening. My cat loves this! Finally my kitty is using the litter box regularly again and feeling better!
