Fun and convenience are best in clothes
I'm 5ft 6" and 140lbs in a size 4. I have the small and it fits perfectly around my waist (zipper fits just under my chest line) ! It falls just below the knee and the straps are adjustable. The fabric is soft and stretchy, I wouldn't recommend a petticoat under a skirt. The color is a nice red, not too bright, and I love the suspenders. Cute and comfortable dress π
