This product is great for shedding those stubborn five to ten pounds around your waist. While it definitely tightened my waist, it left a dividing line where the bottom is cut off, which would be visible in a tight dress or skirt. It's not a problem with jeans though, so it doesn't bother me. Not sure if this can be avoided as the shifted softness has to go somewhere! Definitely a solid boost and I would recommend it for thin shapes. I plan to buy another one soon.
