This is a good portable pad to have even before this pandemic. This portable pad allows you to have a cleaner surface than just changing your baby in the bathroom changing table. The pads have a soft surface with water resistant layer to keep water from being soaked into the pad. The pad folds up pretty well and it is not too big of a bag to carry around. It has handles and a shoulder strap to make it easier to carry. The shoulder strap can be adjusted for better comfort. In terms of size it is about the size for a 15 inch laptop bag and thickness varies depending on how much stuff you put into the compartment. There are several compartments so you are able to put in extra diapers, wipes, and some small toys. Do not overfill the compartments because it just make the pad look thicker when you fold it up. The neat thing about this bag is that the compartment where you put the wipe folds to the outside so you can have easy access to the wipes if needed. There is no seal to close it as the wipes usually have a lid with them. In terms of stitching, the stitches are pretty strong. There are no issues with ripping from being packed too tightly although I still would not over pack. In terms of weight, I would say it is not that bad empty. Even when you fill it with diapers, toys, and wipes, it is not too heavy. You can also put key rings so you can attach your keys, portable batteries, or even your phone. There is a small compartment on the front for your phone and such. The pads are pretty comfortable as well as having a small head pillow to keep your child comfortable. You can also detach two of the compartments so you can have easier access to them but I found it is easier to have them attached. You have what you need right at your finger tips. It weights down pretty well so can be sure it does not slide around too much. In terms of washing, I would recommend just wiping it down with wipes and if you have to just hand wash and air dry when needed. In terms of outside design, it is a pretty cute and gender neutral color and design. The color is not too bright so its not an eye sore to walk around but it is easy to see stains on as the outside is not exactly water resistant. Overall this is a good changing pad to have. You have plenty of compartments and space. You will always have a safe changing spot for your child especially during these uncertain times that is clean, easy to carry around, and can hold everything you may need.
