This is a good size for glasses, gloves, snacks and more. However, I bought the 5.8-inch device and found it a bit small to carry around a small U-lock. It fits but sticks out a bit at the end and has to be taken apart anyway so the sides of the pockets stick out too far back. I'm 5'10" tall and ride a BMW Cruiser and whenever I stand up to pedal or lean forward on steep terrain, my knees keep banging into the sides of the bag forcing me to do so to widen my stance and ride a little awkwardly with my knees out. I wouldn't recommend filling it fully for varied terrain and it remains to be seen how it holds up in the rain. Hope to see how they use this product improve and tweak.To confirm previous reviews: 1) yes, the rain cover is a bit small, but it's a handy extra that I wasn't expecting.2) yes, the straps don't make it fit snugly on the body.frame and could be improved.
