I ordered this because my wife is very small (4ft 10in) and cannot reach the shower head from her normal position so she wanted something she could have at a shorter height, so I have the usual height. It does! It actually took me about 10 minutes to install. All you need is a wrench or pliers and about 10 minutes and it's DONE! Switched on and WOW. The water pressure has increased compared to the old one, the woman can reach the syringe and I have mine at my level. Looks great too. Yes, there are BUTs! a sprayer! THAT LOOKS! This is easy to fix, you'll have to run to the local hardware store and buy another water splitter. The sprayer has an on/off switch so water can flow continuously into the sprayer. Actually, no switch is required to choose. I would recommend replacing this part at the factory, but overall yes, worth the money!
