Don't believe it, defect
Left a bluetooth keyboard at home and drove across town to work with it only to find that the letters jk and l and #s 1-6 on this one certified refurbished device not working supposedly checked keyboard. ruined my day Now I have to go to Kincos to print the label and go to the Amazon pickup point which is 20 minutes away π¬
