At the moment the chair is good and has a solid construction. I actually use it for work and the back massage is nice to have. The lever is a little tight and the box was smashed and part of the wheel was loose. This chair is definitely not made for people with wider hips as I am of average build and sit comfortably with my legs and hips taking up most of the seat. Three stars because of poor packaging, the chair has some flaws, also when screwing the chair in place I was only able to screw in two of the 4 screws that hold the chair to the seat bracket. To be honest this chair might be overrated. Aside from those things, chair cushions are good.
