This is definitely a good heavy solid soldering station. However, flexible arms are not as accurate as I need them to be. I'm not saying the product is defective, it just isn't for me. If you move your arms and place them in the ideal position and then release them, they will move slightly out of position. I use them for several projects (not just soldering) and I need one that doesn't move at all when you put it in and walk away. Once again I was surprised by the weight and quality (thumbs up)!
