My wife and I spent almost a year trying to find the perfect pendant light above the sink. I finally came across this one and we liked it so we bought it. When it arrived it looked exactly like the photos. We decided on the length, I cut it and installed it. Very quick and easy installation. After installation I screwed in the bulb only to find that the body of the bulb was clearly not straight and was really floating around the eye. On closer inspection, this cannot be corrected as the weld that connects the lamp body to the stem that holds the glass cover is warped. I was a bit upset at this point because I installed it and now I have to undo and redo that job to replace it. I should have inspected the light more closely before installing it, SO CHECK NOT ONLY THE PANELS BUT ALSO THE INNER LIGHT HOUSING BEFORE INSTALLATION TO ENSURE HE DIDN'T APPOLOGIZE. I decided to order a replacement and send the defective one back. A new one comes along and it was less crooked than the first, but still crooked. That's the least of my worries about this replacement. The screw that pressed on the cable to adjust the cable length was completely removed when I replaced it so I can't adjust the height of the cable. I'm fed up with the light at first but my wife reminds me we've been looking for a year and it's the only one we both like so I order a third. FINALLY this one isn't crooked and not a single screw has broken off. If this item wasn't so cheaply made that I had to order 3 to get 1 usable then this would be a 5/5 product as it looks so good in our space. I'm deducting one star because of the headache mentioned above. To the sellers/manufacturers credit, after contacting them they offered me a partial refund if I kept the light. By the time I got the reply I had already returned/reordered it so I couldn't take advantage of that. I wouldn't leave it defective though.
