Otherwise, when tightened, the angle will stress the plastic ring that connects it to this lever. Then, on a random day, your wife uses a hand mount and the plastic ring snaps, knocking the entire assembly off the wall (unless you drilled through, not glued, which we didn't). Otherwise we really like it - replace the plastic. Reinforce the ring with a metal insert made of metal or plastic and you're done. Or have a longer sleeve (which lowers the height of the top atomizer - not good for us taller guys so we left it short).
