Great bowls! (But not exactly dishwasher safe...)

I bought these two months ago for my daughter, she loves them very much and uses them all the time.However, the second largest bowl came out of the dishwasher with a crack last week.I contacted the seller and the lifetime guarantee allowed us to get a replacement immediately.However, the rep mentioned that although they do go in the dishwasher but it is better to wash them by hand It seems like a small price to pay for something so useful, versatile and attractive.

Plate Size: Includes 5 different perfectly sized bowls: D 11.5" * H5.2" (6qt), D10" * H4.5" (4qt) , D7.8"*H3.5"(2qt), D6.2"*H2.8"(3/4qt), D4.1"*H1.9"(1/4qt). Each utensil is 10.75" x 2.25". The lid is 11.75" in diameter and 0.5" in height.
