TERRIBLE PRODUCT SUPPORT!

This camera works mostly as advertised, but Canary's customer service sucks. I could live with a few errors like sporadic connection and no backup power supply. I liked the product so much that I purchased an additional Canary Flex directly from the Canary website. It was delivered within a reasonable time. I drove six hours to our remote cabin to hook it up. The brand new device wouldn't even turn on! When trying to contact Canary Support I was told that there is NO way to contact them by phone. After emailing, chatting and opening a ticket on the website, finally getting a response after 24 hours, I was asked a bunch of stupid questions like "Is it connected?". I'm a techie and I used to get annoyed with questions and then they asked me to email them my device number, where it was bought etc. (Which I've already done 3 times before in emails, tickets and chats. It was 48 hours since I emailed the requested information and sent follow up emails asking them to confirm they have received the information and are working on it MAN I started wanting to buy more products from Buying Canary to add to my existing home security and another Canary View.Now I'm in Canary for over $300 including premium access fees I just want all my money back have better customer service.
