Received mine today and I love it! It's definitely heavy and not made out of cheap junk material. I would say one of the best features was that it comes with a lifetime warranty. All you have to do is go online and spend a few minutes registering the product you have purchased! I did what someone else suggested when saving the cups and turned my front K cup forward to see what was in that row. It also helps take up the tiny extra space left over from the cups. There are 3 shelves and 3 rows per shelf. Each row holds 6 cups (regular K-cups), 5 upright and 1 facing forward (I did that anyway). You can also leave everything upright and get the same storage capacity. It definitely helped free up space in my closet from all the boxes I kept there. I've even used the top non-slip plate to store extra filters for my Brita like a water jug and Keurig. Glad I spent the money and bought this, will look for more items from this company when I need storage solutions!
