Holds 16 oz with lid.
I give 4 stars for 2 covers and nice colors. However, it has thinner walls than a Yeti mug, so it actually holds 16 ounces instead of 14. Thinner walls increase the internal diameter, allowing it to hold more liquid, but probably at the expense of insulation. It keeps my coffee hot long enough for me, but I'm sure the Yeti can handle it due to the thicker/heavier construction. Also, the grip isn't as comfortable as it tapers down instead of being flat. This leaves your pinky at an awkward angle. I would have preferred a flat grip like a Yeti.
