I gave this to my loved one who struggles with anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, night terrors, who keeps waking up, getting up at 3am for several months, despite medication. I gave her this yesterday and she slept through the night and woke up at 10:30am. She was so happy that she started crying. She said the blanket made her feel safe, relaxed her normally tense muscles, and although she woke once, she fell back asleep without racing thoughts or nightmares. Thank you for this product, I will order one for myself. All physicians should educate their patients about these products.
