If I could say -5* I would. Disinformation does not work for Quest 2 and does not register on the computer. Customer service was bland at best. I am asking for a refund and I will send it back. Instead they send me another crappy cable that doesn't work so I have to send 2 cables instead of one and I still had to wait for them to get BOTH cables for 2 different tracking numbers for them to send me my refund not order to complete the editing, but to start the process. The experience was terrible, the wire didn't work. I think if they had just sent a refund like I requested instead of sending me another transfer I would have been more lenient but come on.
