Removal Tool: Tried the tool on 22.5" tires on aluminum rims. Even with a lot of lube, getting a few tires off was a tremendous effort. I quickly noticed that the edge of the wheel that the tool was in contact with showed signs of significant scratching. The tool is cast steel with a rough surface coated with a metallic coating. I spent about 1/2 hour with the 2" bloom sander in the sander, sanding/sanding the smooth areas where the tool touches the wheel. Now the tool works much better as the rough surface causes an extra friction/filing effect, when the tool should slide over a soft surface the edge of the aluminum bead when the tire is removed I haven't seen any literature that mentions anything about use on aluminum wheels I see that all the videos show steel wheels 4 star fitting tool: None impressed. The size makes it awkward to use and the tongue of the tool has slipped and rebounded several times. Went back to my regular tire irons. Wouldn't buy again. 1 star.
