Added May 22, 2021 I contacted Busnik after writing my review explaining what happened. After exchanging emails, the company agreed to a 99% discount on the new block. I'm glad they supported their product, but I still recommend you consider an extended warranty. The $3 cost could save me a lot of time and nerves. Original Review: I ordered this collar in early January and received it in about a week. After charging the receiver's battery overnight, I simply took it out of the charger and tested it. The receiver turned on and I tried vibrate mode and a beep. At the same time the battery was empty. This is the second of these collars to die due to the batteries not being charged. The previous collar lasted about 18 months. It's only 4 months old. The manufacturer clearly has problems with batteries (which cannot be replaced). Until the problem is solved I definitely do not recommend this collar.
