Make no mistake, this is a very good clipper. A powerful motor that can cut not only the beard but also the hair on the head. Does his job. Several knife heads and just as many knife clamps. Now that everything is in order, let me mention a few things that don't work for me: 1) The price. This is slightly more expensive than most new Ceenwes models that are produced in large numbers. At around $20 (after tax), it doesn't compare in price to Ceenwe's comparable performance. I have one that I recently bought for $10 and it works great, if not better. 2) Battery Life. It is enough for several haircuts. But after about a year of use, it starts to hold a charge poorly. So battery life is an issue with this hair clipper. Overall I recommend them with the above caveat. Otherwise, upgrade to newer models of the same brand. I hope this review was helpful. UPDATE: 8/2/2021 Having tested the newer models I can confidently say that this older model outperforms the newer. Yes, the battery life isn't as long as the newer versions, and yes, this one is a bit more expensive, but . This is a far and wide improved version. The shearing motor is better and gives a better cut. The only reason I'm not returning the new model is because I only bought it for $10.
