Great for tutu lovers
Good quality, well tailored, good length and lots of fluffy layers. Personally, I can't understand why everyone wants to add a packet to everything. The tutu looks cute on slim people, but I've gained weight and don't want to draw attention to my stomach and butt. I only bought it for the Halloween parade. Liked it mainly because it covered my net worth. π€£
