As a first-time customer of WesGen, I had great hopes for the "high-quality goods at reasonable rates" and "fast and dependable shipping" that the company stated on their website. Unfortunately, these claims were not even remotely fulfilled by my experience. The foods I received had gone bad and were past their expiration date, the cleaning products were ineffectual and left behind a sticky residue, and the office tools were fragile and of poor quality construction. The gift wrap was the only product that lived up to my standards, but it cannot be considered sufficient justification for purchasing from this firm. In addition to everything else that went wrong, the shipment was painfully slow. Despite the fact that they promised "fast and reliable shipping," it took more than two weeks for my item to be delivered. This delay caused me a significant amount of frustration, and as a result, I had no choice but to make a hurried trip to the store in order to get the things that I required. WesGen lags substantially behind other online shops in terms of both the quality of their customer support and the speed with which they provide it. This is not a company that I would ever suggest to anyone, and I will be taking my business somewhere in the near future.
