Review on OYANUS by Roberto Strumer

I'm a huge fan of both online buying and the latest trends, so I couldn't wait to check out OYANUS, an online boutique that sells apparel, footwear, and accessories for women. However, my interactions with the business were largely unsatisfactory. To begin with, I didn't appreciate the website's chaotic layout and poor usability. It was difficult to locate specific information due to the disorganized design. When I did find a few things I liked, I was dismayed to see that they were more expensive than I had anticipated, particularly considering the high quality of the items. Still, I gambled on ordering a few items in the hopes that they would prove to be worthwhile. When the packages finally came, I was once again let down. The materials used and the level of workmanship were both poor. Even though they claimed that great care and attention to detail went into their products, I could tell that this was not the case. Worse yet, I encountered unhelpful customer service when attempting a refund. It took me a few tries to reach someone, and even then I got the cold shoulder. They obviously didn't care about me as a client. My time spent with OYANUS as a whole was disappointing. I had great hopes for this online shop, but I ended up feeling let down and frustrated because of the disorganized website, excessive prices, subpar quality, and unhelpful customer service. I will not be making any further purchases from them.
