Item dispatched and delivered on time. All parts are there. The instructions are mostly graphic images, so if you need instructions, please read them before assembling the glider. Probably 30 minutes maximum to fill out. Relatively easy to assemble. The hardest part of the build was getting the 4 bolts that hold the steering/front column in place. This is actually not that difficult, but it only takes a few turns with the screwdriver to screw the screws in completely. A two year old might not be able to reach the pedals even with the seat all the way forward, but mine could certainly move forward. We are happy with this purchase.
