Super cute and flowy, soft, machine washable! ("Handbag" is meaningless.) The dress deserves 5 stars, but the given size selection is wrong. I bought this for my super small (26lbs) 3 year old daughter thinking it would be big but she could wear it to dress up for a few years. As it turns out, it fits her almost perfectly. At an average age of 5, which is the small end of the size range given, it will be fairly short and likely to be snug on the body.
