The ability to have all our data from different sources stored together, allowing us access at any time or place is great! We can't always get it ourselves so having this system makes life easier for everyone involved - especially when we're away travelling where there's no IT support available!! I would like more customisation options but that could be due simply because they haven’t had enough experience of using their software yet? It has been easy going into work knowing what my tasks will need doing next week/month etc as well helping me keep track if something isn't done properly which gives confidence throughout teams who rely upon them daily too.
