Great tool and really helps with organisation

The ability to have all our data from different sources stored together, allowing us access at any time or place is great! We can't always get it ourselves so having this system makes life easier for everyone involved - especially when we're away travelling where there's no IT support available!! I would like more customisation options but that could be due simply because they haven’t had enough experience of using their software yet? It has been easy going into work knowing what my tasks will…

Pros
  • Their ease in learning how to use new technology (even with an outdated computer) & helpful customer service team members are fantastic!!! They provide training sessions free of charge whenever possible making sure staff know exactly why things happen within systems rather than just "it didn’t do x" type answers you often find elsewhere..I've never experienced such
