Pull on and off like a tank top, one handed. Slight support, with padding, and no adjustments with racerback straps. For what I needed for several weeks, after hand surgery, this is a great help. Comfortable enough for sleep, enough coverage for under t-shirts. Not enough compression/support for a workout, for my size. Padding folds and bunches up, but can be easily removed. Very comfortable overall.
